Renewable energy and property services specialists Barton Knight Energy and BuiltForward have announced a new strategic partnership to deliver large-scale, multi-phase projects for commercial and public sector clients across the UK.
“This joint initiative covers the installation, maintenance and inspection of solar panels, heat pumps, battery storage, electric heating, ventilation, EV charging and associated property works for Local Authorities, Housing Associations, healthcare estates and businesses,” explains Paul Vine, Commercial Director for Barton Knight Energy.
“Working with BuiltForward gives us greater flexibility to mobilise the specialist skills and resources needed for complex, multi-skill programmes,” adds Paul, “while maintaining the quality and responsiveness our clients expect.”
Barton Knight Energy is the renewables division of the Barton Knight Group, which also includes specialist NHS contractor Barton Knight Contracting, and Barton Knight Electrical, which offers a full range of electrical services to homeowners and businesses in London and the South East.
BuiltForward supports the delivery of energy, retrofit and property improvement programmes, connecting clients with specialist expertise and coordinating delivery from initial requirement through to completion.
“Between the two businesses, we can bring together the right people and expertise for each project,” comments BuiltForward’s Managing Director Lee Webster. “That could be renewable installations, planned maintenance, refurbishment, or a programme spanning multiple sites and technologies. The partnership gives us the flexibility to scale delivery around what the client actually needs, while keeping quality, compliance and disruption firmly in focus.”
